Is there a limit on merchants or riders?
No limit whatsoever. You can manage as many merchants as you want. No additional fees
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan from within the dashboard at any time.
Can I get a discounted rate if I do high delivery volumes?
If your business expects to use more than 50,000 tasks per month, contact our sales team for enterprise pricing.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your plan’s monthy or yearly subscription using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Additional payment methods are available with our yearly Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact sales for more information.
How does my free ৳ 500 credits work?
Your free ৳ 500 credits provides unrestricted access to Bponi Logistics's Starter plan for lifetime. You will be able to choose another plan and begin your subscription at any time during or after your trial. Your credit card will not be charged until you have selected a plan and confirmed your subscription type in the dashboard.
How long does it take to deploy Bponi Logistics?
You can be up and running in just a few minutes. If you’re planning to integrate with our API, it can take a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the integration.

You can test out our free plan any time, which is probably the best way to get familiar with the product. Can you describe your security and data practices?
We, like you, expect our data to be secure and confidential at all times, and we go to great lengths to ensure that this is always the case. We conduct regular security reviews of our product and infrastructure. We have a publicly available Data Processing Agreement.
